Service Description

Base Package is for approx. 2 hours of work and includes: INTERIOR MAINTENANCE: -Replace lightbulbs and/or batteries - Inspect and tighten loose screws (doors, cabinets, etc. - Test smoke/carbon monoxide detector batteries - Lubricate squeaky door hinges or sticking locks - Touch up small drywall dings/cracks or nail pops/holes (minor repairs) - Check for signs of mold or mildew in bathrooms PLUMBING & FIXTURES: - Check for leaks under sinks and around toilets - Inspect hose bibs and outdoor faucets for winter damage - Check/inspect dryer vents - Switch & outlet checks
